I'm really upset with FashionNova.. I usually never had issues until my last order. I placed an order in July and it's now end of September.. my order never left the warehouse and no one is answering my emails. I commented on their IG, sent them DM's requested to contact on their website 7 times.... NOTHING. I wouldn't recommend buying from them unless you want to get ripped off. It's pathetic that such a big online store wouldn't even give the time of day to paying customers to return their money for an unshipped product or even acknowledge them. Disgusting brand behaviour.
