I am REALLY disappointed in my FashionNova experience. After all of the celebrity hype, I decided to give it a chance. To begin with, many of their photos are MISLEADING. The main photos they have for the Celine Blazer in dusty blue and Truly Special Heeled Sandals (nude) create a FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. The celebrity is clearly wearing a different blazer than what is shipped. As per the shoes, the strap doesn’t even cover the front! It looks completely idiotic. I felt the liberty of filling up my cart to see these items in real life, because of their FALSE ADVERTISEMENT about “Easy returns!” Now, I received my package and am thoroughly disappointed in a lot of it. Not only that, but learned (after the fact) that they only give store credit! I want my refund issued back on my credit card NOT store credit. This company should not be taking advantage of customers during these COVID times and keeping our money like this! I reached out over a week ago for my refund, and filed a complaint with BBB—-STILL NO REPLY. Fashion Nova has SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES AND A NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!!!!
