I placed a large order in the end of August and it is now early October, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. I have sent multiple emails and the only correspondence that I received was basically telling me that they can't do anything for me because Lasership (their shipping company) lost my package. How is it an ethical business practice to charge people for products they haven't received? It's FRAUD!
