I sent in my return (had to pay $7.99) to do so by the way. They send me confirmation that it was received and I would get my $179.00 E-gift card by email within 72 hours. After 2 weeks of waiting I try to contact them.... which is a joke. I have send multiple emails with no response. Finally I try to chat with an agent and that person tells me they see that the e gift card was sent and they will resend it. Said I would get it within 24 hours. Here we are 2 days later and NOTHING!!! I try to do the chat thing again and after I wait 30 minutes to get with someone it kicks me off and says my chat has "timed out".
I continue to get ALL of their other emails but NOT the one that gives me my money.
Customer service is horrible.
I like their clothes but will NEVER purchase from them again.
