I bought Flixbus tickets this year several time, in Italy the company just canceled the ticket, but only one way, so I had to cancel the other way and pay!!! for it. Absurd!
In Miami - Orlando destinations the busses were always broken down, delays all the time, busses has stopped literally in the middle of nowhere under bridges, bus inside was dirty, nothing worked, costumer service was horrible, the whole service was simple disgusting. I wish my review would reach out the 3 cofounders in Germany, as this is shameful and completely fooling with the passengers, not respecting people at all, who are paying them that their company can exist at all. Sad, that companies are growing and taking granted, that they have been founded and that is all. Do not understand also, that people are complaining and nothing change, through the year I have not seen any improvement.
