I have another problem with FlixBus. On 06.01.2025, at 00.05 hours, I left Vilnius for Chemnitz (Germany). We got to the Kopin airport (Warsaw) without incident and delays, although with a dirty toilet and without water for washing hands. In Warsaw, it all began. The Talin-Berlin flight was 20 minutes late. The toilet in the bus was not only dirty, but even without water to flush the toilet and, accordingly, without water to wash hands. We did not arrive at the Berlin airport, where we were supposed to change to Chemnitz, at 14.30. As a result, at 16.30, we arrived at the Central Bus Station in Berlin. I received an SMS from FlixBus that I would have to look for what and how to get to Chemnitz myself, and then contact the company for compensation. I had to get there with a transfer in Dresden and spend an additional 28 euros. So, for 10 days I have been waiting for a response from FlixBus, to receive compensation for inconvenience and additional costs. I provided them with all the required documents, but 'the cart is still there'. You will have to contact a lawyer.
FlixBus is the worst carrier I've ever used!! I do not recommend it from the word AT ALL!!
