I’d vote zero stars if I could rate lower. We bought two tickets leaving Houston to Austin Tx. Price was good but stated that they pick up at Houston Hobby airport. Would have had to walk almost a mile across two major highways to get to an unmarked location where bus was to pick up and wait outside in rain for bus. Sent email that bus would not be marked differently than Flixbus to add to confusion. Should have stated more clearly on website so aware when booking. If they state pickup at airport, don’t expect to have to drag luggage a mile in rain to get to an unmarked pickup location because company appears to be too cheap to pay airport fees for use of normal pickup area that normal bus services use. We will not consider using this company in future Ken
