Now the website says max 5-6 days of deliver but Its taking them two weeks probably longer to deliver the trainers I ordered. Tracking number doesnt work even though I had an email saying it’s been shipped. At this point I have no clue where my trainers are. I have contacted customer service twice now. I wish I read the reviews about Footlocker before I bought the trainers otherwise I wouldnt have ordered them. If you get so much negative feedback then why dont you as a company do something about it? Or just shut the whole thing down? Waste of time, energy and money!!!! Think about the customers you’ve stolen money from, you wouldnt like it if it’s done to you!
