"I’m extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order, and they failed to deliver it, claiming they couldn’t locate my address. This is baffling since it’s a visible restaurant open all day long. When I asked to pick up the shoes at their store, they refused unless I paid the full price again. Now I’m stuck waiting for up to 14 days to get my money back for a product they never delivered. This level of incompetence and poor customer service is completely unacceptable."
