I returned a pair of shoes, they were scanned in yet 12 days later I still don’t have my refund. The customer service said the warehouse receiving the shoes in is backed up. That’s not my fault. No one should have to wait 2 weeks after getting the shoes back for a refund and still not have it. Poor customer service and returns! I better not receive a restock fee after this either which is BS they charge that also when no one else does!
