Please DO NOT attempt to purchase anything from any Foot Locker store, especially MIRANDA. We have been customers of Foot Locker for years and I have never been treated so badly and with lack of respect and professionalism. We purchased a pair of AUD 250 pair of Nike shoes. The following day my son wore the shoes and the sole tore on the back of the shoe. That evening we took the shoes back to Foot Locker with our receipt and was sadly served by Elena at the Miranda store, where the goods were purchased from. She informed me that she would not provide us with a refund as she suggested that the shoe was damaged by force, implying that we damaged it. She proceeded to educate us about how to take shoes off, insisting that this is how the shoes were damaged. She had no customer service skills and when I debated the point, she walked off and told me she would not give me a refund and to take my problem to another store. When I asked for the number of her manager, she walked out to the back and called out to me asking if I want her to try and resolve this with her DM or not, whilst continuing to accuse me of damaging the shoes. She then grabbed the other shoe and tried to pull apart the sole attempting to demonstrate something. Who in their right mind would do that?? She eventually gave me a refund and requested I never return to the store. Well Done Foot Locker and Elena from Miranda on your disgusting customer service. I would not return to your store or any other Foot Locker store again. With so many stores disappearing in this day and age, you would think that their focus on customer service would be a priority.
