Second time this happened to me after I placed an order online. I placed an order on Friday and received this email " Thank you for ordering from Footlocker.com! Your order was successfully received and we're processing it for you right now. You will receive an additional email as your item(s) ship". Disappointingly, never received another email and reached out to them the following Wednesday in which they responded they don't have the item and it won't be shipping. Not only did they not fulfill my order they captured the funds and now I'll have to wait a week for a refund on an item I never purchased. Will never shop online or in store ever again. I feel bad for the customer service rep that had to listen to me rant. Don't shop at Footlocker!!!
