Terrible service, I won't be ordering from Footlocker again.
Ordered 2 pairs of the new Scooby Doo Converse trainers on release day and was sent the wrong size for both pairs.
Spent an hour on hold to customer service only to be told after that hour that no one was available to take my call and was disconnected. Emailed them through the website, no response.
Took them to my local Footlocker shop and the very nice manager (who has been my only positive experience with Footlocker so far) tried to order them in the right size, they had sold out in both pairs in my size (which is why I ordered them on release day!!) and he gave me a refund.
Still no response from my emails. Incredibly annoyed that I missed out due to incompetence and terrible customer service, even after allowing for longer response times due to Covid.
