We went to the frankie and bennys in Paddington for my sons 21st and it was just a terrible experience all over, 7 meals came within ten mins of ordering which I can only assume it’s all been microwaved or just warmed back up again the toilets are in the next building so you’d have to plan to go to the toilet. I paid £230 for 7 of us and felt robbed about the food and service I received. I would never go back there , I would never recommend this place or any Frankie and bennys to any one please don’t waste to hard earned money on this place. Your better off going to McDonald’s for better service better food and value for money When I complained they said that they was sorry that this had happened to us and gave me a £15 gift voucher to use in one of their restaurants which I’m never going to use
