“Amazing food, very helpful staff”

“Hi went there for my daughter’s birthday who has learning disabilities,the staff was excellent,did not wait to long for the food. Unfortunately we was told at approximately 8.30 at night on the 12th April by a young bar staff that he was not going to serve us any more alcohol,he felt we all had to much to drink,yes we had a laugh it was my daughter’s birthday,there was 9 of us,what did he want us to do sit there and be quiet,I have been going every year for her birthday,and yes she does not drink alcohol.”

“At first I thought the staff seemed nice at the Eldon Square venue but then be came clear the they where judgemental and whilst watching for my breakfast, I had came back to my table and it was left for me upon me trying to thank the staff they ignored my thanks and continued there day to day business. I found this in credibility rude and will not recommend or return. Kind regards N. Cummins”

“Glasgow airport what a brilliant breakfast I am a fussy eater Jodie our waitress got chef to put mushrooms in a side dish for the table as I don’t like them all staff happy and cheerful pity this place is in the airport Jodie needs a pay rise or a promotion or both not many people can be that happy at 03:30 Many thanks Nigel & Gail”

“First time been here and will never return in The Great Park, Rubery. Food was disgusting, had a Classic Burger and Fries. Burger was dry and tasteless mush and the fries were no better full of black bits. The icing on the cake was the ANTS crawling on the floor and worse still on the tables with the food on it. Have to say though the staff were lovely and a credit. I would never recommend this place to anyone, overpriced for rubbish food. Would gave been better off having fish and chips.”

“two friends and I went for lunch on Wed 22nd Nov. Such a pleasure to go in sit down and have a waitress making sure were comfortable. I wish I could remember her name as I did ask but should have written it down. Helen I think? Anyway ordered a drink which appeared in no time at all and having given our food order expected to wait a while but no it appeared quickly and was served pleasantly by our waitress who came back and checked we were ok and that the food was okay. Excellent service from a lovely girl and went and asked for the manager to commend her for her level of service.”

“We went to the frankie and bennys in Paddington for my sons 21st and it was just a terrible experience all over, 7 meals came within ten mins of ordering which I can only assume it’s all been microwaved or just warmed back up again the toilets are in the next building so you’d have to plan to go to the toilet. I paid £230 for 7 of us and felt robbed about the food and service I received. I would never go back there , I would never recommend this place or any Frankie and bennys to any one please don’t waste to hard earned money on this place. Your better off going to McDonald’s for better service better food and value for money When I complained they said that they was sorry that this had happened to us and gave me a £15 gift voucher to use in one of their restaurants which I’m never going to use”

“I'm a carer for one of my clients with disabilities, his favourite place to go and eat is Frankie and Benny's in Taplow, South Buckinghamshire. The staff there are very friendly, especially, Rhys and Kelly, they are so accommodating, and go all out in making it a great experience for us. Service is brilliant, food is great. We always leave with a full belly and a smile on our faces. 😀👍”

“Glasgow Airport on a Saturday was busy but obviously passengers have a limited amount of time in the airport before flying. Queued for 20 minutes to get in and was then advised of a long list of products not available, including garlic bread!! 15 minutes after being seated a waitress took an order for drinks and food, 20 minutes later, no drinks and no food. Had to leave without either to make way to departure gate. Staff looked very busy but simply not enough of them”

“Went here last night not been here for a while food menu seemed shorter than before went for my partners birthday was not impressed one little bit overpriced no atmosphere the dessert was heated up in microwave so pastry was soggy would not reccomend this place one bit 😡”

“Food quality has gone right down. Menu is confusing. Garlic bread is yuck. Best part was the salad! Pizza tasted like childrens supermarket cheap pizza. Since when does BBQ sauce belong on NY pizza? Worst meal I’ve had in a long time. Won’t be returning, you used to be so good!! So sad. Also expensive.”

“The food was OK and the service was good, but oh!...how I was disappointed with Frankie and Benny's. There was none of the Wonderful fifties music in the background, no Italian lesson when I went to the bathroom, in other words, it's not Frankie and Benny's any more. The atmosphere is gone. Memories shattered.”
