I ordered a Valentine card for my husband and paid £3.99 for it to get there next day. It hasn’t arrived and I never got a confirmation email either. It must be a scam. Absolutely disgraceful - I’m annoyed and extremely disappointed. It took me ages to sort out the card too as it’s not a user friendly experience. I had to do it 3 times. I’m so upset at myself about not reading the reviews beforehand because I normally do. I was on a time scale as I only had until 9.0 I believe. The whole experience has been horrible as my husband never got his surprise card, which I can’t get over. This is appalling and WH Smith’s should be ashamed of themselves.
