I have used Funky pigeon for many years and have never had a problem.
I ordered 2 cards for Mother’s Day, the Tuesday before so plenty of time to arrive.
On Wednesday I received an email stating they had been sent and should arrive on Thursday.
Nothing on Thursday.
Nothing on Friday.
Nothing on Saturday.
No cards for Mother’s Day, upset in the household is putting it mildly.
I contacted Funky pigeon and did get a quick response from Daisy, however it was very curt and told me to wait until Monday and if they hadn’t arrived, then they will look into it.
I replied that Monday would be too late as it’s Mother’s Day today, and I expect a refund as I ordered the cards in plenty of time.
I received another curt short reply just restating what she had said previously.
Well Daisy you have lost yourself a long standing loyal customer, don’t worry about sending me a sorry your leaving us card because ill probably never get it!
