Ordered a card within the cut off time for delivery that day (a Friday) At time of sale I was told it would be sent that day and that 93% of customers would receive the card next day.
They took the money immediately but didn't send the card until the following week. (Not as stated in their policy or at time of sale)
Found this out when I got an automated despatch email the week after. By the time I received the card it was too late to get it to the recipient.
I complained and got no response from the so called customer service team.
They take your money and post when they want.
Avoid these bandits.
