I ordered a calendar online and a key ring... the key ring was an extra on the order which I saw as I was checking out. They charged £2.99 for 1st class delivery of the calendar (no option for 2nd class, or cheaper) and then an EXTRA £1.99 for a key ring, which could be posted the same time as the calendar.
Seems very expensive considering most companies are now doing free delivery.
