Worst customer service ever. They don't give proper instructions to the driver. The driver left my food outside the building on the ground right in front of the building gate where everyone walks through, although the instruction was written clearly to drop off the food outside my apartment unit, not outside the building. I had to throw away the food as it was left on the ground outside the building.
When i called the customer service, they offered me 99 cent refund. What a joke!
