Grubhub has been charging my wife and me $10.71 per month for the last 9 months, and we have no idea how we were signed up for this. Their app provides no clear information on these charges, making it incredibly frustrating to figure out what’s going on. This feels like a massive scam. If this has happened to us, it’s likely affecting thousands of others. I highly recommend everyone check their credit or debit card statements for unauthorized charges. Extremely disappointed and will not be using Grubhub again.

Sadly the following has happened to me multiple times with GrubHub! I placed my order, order was accepted, it showed up as being processed, the driver arrives at the restaurant to pick up the order and BAM the order is all of a sudden CANCELLED. I waited almost 45 minutes just to get my order cancelled AFTER the driver showed up to pick up my order. The excuse was they were out of 1 item, which can’t be true. Otherwise why didn’t they cancel right away? Then not only does it take days to get the refund, I don’t get a full refund! It is short almost $7. GrubHub then gives me a $7 coupon, however I will NEVER use them again. Terrible customer service for sure, I should receive a 100% full refund. What a scam they have.

I was fighting with my boyfriend it was cold outside so I wanted to cancel the order they said they couldn't. So I said okay and waited at night outside for 45 minutes the time kept changing delaying the order 20 more minutes then 15 more. They gave me a 5 dollar credit that I can't use with another form of payment. By the time my food got there it was cold soggy and they gave me a ten dollars of my $15 order. I couldn't combine the criedt or use my debit card to pay the difference even. I know crazy but, so I ordered one taco for $2 the order fee was $6 because I also can't use my free delivery for the membership. I couldn't use the $5 criedt they first "gave" me at all because the fee and unable to combine payment methods. So in conclusion I lost my meal the $5 criedt is bs and last night and today im left with nothing but one taco a aggravation. They are a set up for a lie of criedt didn't mention telling the driver anything and plain disappointment.

Please don’t ever used grubhub!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We placed an order for pick up and they never put it through to the restaurant at all, they did charged for the order made us waste time and have to get get aggravated after working triple 🤬🤬🤬

Horrible reviews I spend $2000 a month on four businesses and they don’t deliver food. The drivers sit in the parking lot or deliver other peoples food first. And they are unwilling to refund an $85 bill in return for 2000 a month in revenue. This must be why they have one star

I have had grubhub for just over a month and I’ve placed 4 orders in that time. I placed an order through CVS that was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that the location that my item was delivered was not my apartment. Now I placed an order through GoPuff today because I have a sick 5-year-old and needed to get her some things but 2 hours later and it’s still processing. I reached out to customer service again to get the order canceled and because I had gotten a refund when my order was delivered to someone else I wasn’t able to get any type of help for this order. As soon as they had made the choice that they weren’t going to help me they wouldn’t answer any additional questions, just kept sending the same generic response and when I asked to speak to someone different they disconnected. I understand that some people abuse the system and report things as not delivered when they actually received it but if they’re able to verify the location of the drop off was incorrect and that the vendor has not sent out the delivery I don’t understand why they aren’t willing to work with me. I will be canceling my account as soon as the issue is resolved and going back to door dash or uber eats. I wanted to try Grubhub because of the free subscription through my Amazon prime but it is not worth it

In the 01077 area code breakfasts are never delivered on time. The restaurants claim no drivers are available. Grubhub has the ability to defer delivery multiple times for the same order, so a priority delivery expected within 30 mins can be delayed up to 2 hours with no option to cancel…just an apology and $5 refund that never is received. Also coffees are spilled inside the bag soaking the food.

More than once items from the order were missing, and they would refund the item number, but offer nothing else for the inconvenience or redeliver. Being an understanding person I let it go as mistakes happen. However, when half of the entire order was missing, and the blame was because things are "bagged up at the restaurant and the drivers can't see the items." Well, this wouldn't exactly be applicable to all pizza boxes... They could not give an acceptable reason or refund for the items. Will never use them again.

For being a Grub Hub Plus member did not like response any only getting 20 dollar credit for food that arrived late, cold and not edible. Especially spending 40 dollars plus tip I wish I could take back. Not sure I'll use them after the joke of a credit is used. Cancel plus membership. Drivers never are seen taking food out of hot bag. Keep that in mind if using this service. Very displeased.

Driver picked up an order 7 minutes from our house. Then drove 20+ minutes in the opposite direction. They then went to three other cities, driving through our city to get to another, before delivering cold food and melted milkshake. Customer care is a joke. They don't, or can't, do anything to help. Chat with them is a waste of time.

I ordered lunch to be delivered to my work....I received someone else's order! OK, fine....normally you can get ahold of someone and make it right...NOT GRUB HUB....you can go to there help button on any site and get no where!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I am having a major problem with Grubhub, and after a lengthy phone call and 17 back-and-forth emails, resolution is no where in sight. The problem is that my credit card is being charged monthly for a Grubhub+ subscription, but to my knowledge, I have never signed up for this service. In one of the emails from Grubhub, they told me that they cannot cancel my subscription because there is no subscription on my account! Yet, the automatic charges keep coming. Every time I respond to one of their emails a different customer service representative responds back. The new representative seems to ignore previous correspondence in the email chain. I am asked repeatedly for the same information. This is a customer service nightmare! I have asked my bank to block all future charges from Grubhub. Hopefully that will force the issue. This is unbelievably frustrating!

Order 3 times just to make sure it was not just bad luck. The first time it was for my parents and the driver was so rude telling me he had other things to do and he had to leave- with their food. I told him that my parents were outside, he found the house. Then, the second time our food never came to the house. The time changed 3 times, so we canceled our order. Yesterday, I order a cake for my mother-in-law’s birthday, the order never made it to my work (8 mins away from the store) so I had to pick it up and argue with them to at least refund me my tip money since o was the one that had to take care of it all. I’m done with them, they don’t even deserve a one star.

Customer service sucks! Orders always late with out competition. Drivers not following simple delivery instructions or not delivering it at all. Not using the bags to keep food warm or hot or spilled all over in the bag.

As a restaurant owner on this platform I would not recommend to any up and coming restaurant owners the fees are too high and only way you can get orders is by running ads but then your also charged to do that I’m very disappointed in Grubhub especially when they reached out to me for my business

Needless to say I will never use this service again. I placed an order at 5:50 pm, my order arrived at 6:19 pm. Apon getting it out I noticed it was all wrong. I look at the receipt and the order that was brought to me was from 2:50 pm 🤮. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Where to start! When placing order it said time for delivery 15-30 mins. Then you place the order and give you a different time completely! And continues to change the longer the order takes. Then when you chat with support they said orders on time. When u get food it’s cold as bones due to over being made when ordered not picked up! And support won’t do much but give you 5 bucks! And a sorry! If u pay for the free delivery on this app im sorry! Horrible horrible! This service should be shut down!!! I’d give a zero if I could!

Don't ever work for this company all it takes is one restaurant where you pick up orders that has bad attitude to call GrubHub and say something bad about you and GrubHub will destroy your life. You will never be able to get another job for the rest of your life.
