Repeat failure to deliver. When contacting customer service if you don't respond with in 0.02 seconds asked are you still with me. Yes, I am still with you until you refund the money. No need to ask.

Ordered a pizza.. text says a ladie will be delivering.. a guy is walking up and down the street When my husband finally went out the guy Kept screaming at him for money in Spanish! He would not give us the pizza. My husband finally grabbed it from him. Contacted fun hub and they were pathetic! Ryan I spoke to via text! He said thanks for the feed back.. the driver Should be reports for aggressive and violent behavior!! I’m thinking of calling the police..

my order was delayed almost an hour from a place 8 miles from my house....if I wasn't babysitting I could have walked the distance faster!!!

Their drivers are consistently late and our food is cold when it arrives. Many drivers do not head to the restaurant for 40 minutes, and when we do pickup at the same restaurants the food is ready in 20. We have complained many times and get $5 off our next order. But the frustration is not worth it.

Made a mistake with an order. Called seconds after and they told me that the order was already made and refused to refund my money. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DELIVERY SERVICE

I orderd Starbucks today. 1 vente latte, 1 plain bagle w/cream cheese and 2 falafel pockets. The only thing I received was my coffee. I used the help, and they refunded the total amount of the food. So my total for 1 cup of coffee came to $17.78!! I got on a chat and after going back and fourth with a customer service rep, I asked for a manager. After several minutes complaining to that person, they offered me a $5 credit which can only be used in the next 30 days. Very disappointed. Not sure if I will use them again. I've had a much better experiance with DoorDash.

Wish I can put 0 stars. Placed an order for lunch and was delayed. I did not get my order until 1:30 later. They charge you so much! Who wants to eat cold food? Waste of money. Will never use again.

My order was over an hour late, and it's because the driver didn't get to the restaurant to pick it up. As a result, the food was cold and I could have gone there myself much faster. There seem to be a lot of reviews about their lateness. I'll know not to use them again. They suck.

I would like to preface this by saying that I am not typically a Karen. I have had GrubHub for probably a year now. I have received my orders hours late, delivered to my neighbors houses, or simply not delivered at all. For the sake of getting my food, I explicitly stated in the instructions that my house is the only yellow house on my street. Somehow, my food ends up at the pink house next-door, or at the blue house next-door, or on the yellow house two streets over. It is truly baffling to me, how this company manages to stay in business with its unprofessional management.

Orders dont come on time and items are wrong and today my order was canceled said tge email would tell me why, it didn't. So I called. Tge lady just kept repeating I'm sorry and didn't know why either. I said is your app not working g and she said I'm sorry. Was like talking to a wall. Will never use this service again.

I ordered my food and after 3 times the delivery window changed, I contacted them to find out they didn't have a driver for my order. I asked for it to be canceled and refunded. I was told that that is not an option because the food was already made. I went to get my food and delivered it to my child who wanted dinner an HOUR after I ordered it. By the time I was almost home, the driver showed up and GrubHub called me asking if I picked up my food. They knew I did because I was on the phone with customer care while I picked it up and told them that I was doing that. They marked my ordered delivered on time and now I have been fighting with them for 3 days to get a full refund since I had to do their job. I shouldn't have to pay for food I paid a premium for and did their job. The food was cold and if I would have waited it would have been 1.5 hours after I ordered it. They are refusing a refund. Instead, I got a $2.59 refund and a $10 credit I don't want because I will not use this service again. My order was $19.87. Does anyone have any ideas on who to contact for a refund????

GrubHub put too many orders on one driver which then led to grubhub cancelling my order because they didn’t want me to have bad food. The driver had even contacted me, prior to them canceling the order, to tell me what had happened. Which at first annoyed me but I figured “oh well, at least I’ll still get the food.” Only for grubhub to call and cancel the order minutes later. Overall just an annoying experience. That will be the last time we use grubhub.

My order was not complete. Grubhub accused me of having too many refunds and could not issue a refund even though I have never had a refund. I talked to a supervisor in their online chat then a live person and each said the same excuse. So how do they stay in business if they commit fraud? I called the restaurant and they said they have had issues in the past with Grubhub. I will be passing this information along to others and will never use this service again.

They are always delayed. I speak to the restaurant and food is done and they have to wait for driver food is always cold since they are always delayed. I never experience this with the other food delivery apps. I use them frequently. They need to pay their drivers more because they obviously need more drivers

This has been the worst service I have ever used. Countless times I have ordered food and my delivery is left at the wrong apartment. If the driver takes a picture of the ‘successful’ delivery, it’s always a different apartment with a similar number. The biggest difference is my apartment and the one it’s delivered to is mine starts with a W. The other an E. However this has led to a fun game for myself and the children to go on a scavenger hunt using only the picture to try to find our food. If it’s still there. I changed delivery instructions from drop off at my door to hand it to me, thinking it would help everyone involved. But that proved unsuccessful again this morning when a coffee order was claimed to have been delivered. I opened my door to find no coffee. It was not handed to me and there was no picture to scour the apartment building to find it. After reaching out to the driver to ask where he left it he said ‘I left it at the door with your number.’ So I reached out yet again to DoorDash support letting them know I again had not receive my order. Guess what they said? This delivery is not available for a refund! So just to be clear, I was never handed my coffee, no picture given of where to find it, no pin provided to the driver to confirm delivery, driver said I left it at the apartment number listed and DoorDash support says ‘nope. Not refunding you $17 coffee order. I have given specifics on where and how to enter the building, including the building code, where the elevator is and turn by turn instructions. I have been willing to go downstairs and outside to meet drivers in the ally behind the building to get my order, I have been willing to walk around to another building to find the similar apartment number to get my order, if it’s still there but doordash can’t refund something I never got and have no way of finding?! I’m willing to pay for the convenience fee/service fee of $8 on every order placed. I always tip the driver. I value the convenience of having my food delivered. I’ve ordered hundreds of dollars of food in the past 6 months. I have paid their ‘service fee’ and tips for an estimated total of $400 to play hide and seek with my food. Last month I said enough and contacted support about not receiving my orders. They ‘generously gave me a credit of $60 in credit for this mild inconvenience but today was the last straw. I just wanted a coffee. A $7 coffee and was willing to pay $17 for tip and service fee. With the unwillingness from DoorDash to refund my money, that is the last of my money they will ever get. I deleted the app and will never use this service again. Between the cost for the order, DoorDash’s fees and the tip to still not receive my order and no refund, I’m done. Maybe if you don’t live in an apartment building you will have better results.

First time using a delivery service for food. Placed order with restaurant…was updated as the process was taking place. Driver was on time; however he brought us half the meal we ordered. I called restaurant (which we order from a lot and go pick up) and they still were holding the other half. Driver refused to return and pick up. We tipped this driver 25%. So we had to still get out and pick up our food. Very disappointed. And customer service was no help at all. Disappointing for sure!

Went on a business meeting out of town and I had to order from a delivery service to deliver my food to my room due to a zoom call that I was on. So I picked Grubhub. I’m not a person that uses delivery services, so I don’t know much about their service or how trustworthy they really are. So I ordered from Subway, sandwich, chips, and a drink. The food was delayed 45 minutes later than the delivery time, and also the food didn’t make it to my room. I received an email on my phone with a picture. It was left on the sidewalk in front of my hotel. I went out to look for it and couldn’t find it anywhere. Called Grubhub, and I was told that I waited too long to call for refund, which was the next day. $42.29
