GrubHub is the worst pretend service ever!! Trying to use a Christmas gift certificate and had the most horrible experience that had me calling the company. All they would do is offer a discount on next order.....the not funny thing is, they have canceled my order twice 2-3 hours after the order was placed due to delivery. The first order that I did get came almost 2 hrs. late, needless to say cold and not good! I tried again with a local mexican place and it was also 2 hours late! Had to throw away because everything was soggy and really cold! They always try to give you a discount off of next order but i can't get the food!! The last time I called to have them refund the gift certificate I can't use they hung up on me!!!! I was not being disrespectful or ugly but they do not want to give money back! I was excited to get this but my son should get his money back!! I they had a 0 to give mine would have been below 0
