I ordered Taco Cabana on GrubHub, and nearly 30 minutes later, I received a cancellation notice from GrubHub that says: The restaurant canceled because they're busier than usual and can't complete your order. The restaurant is open right now, I called. I don't understand why they're too "busy" for me, a paying customer, and "can't complete my order." The restaurant said that GrubHub didn't even contact them about the order. So what's really going on here? GrubHub always leaves me disappointed. I refuse to use them ever again for all of the cancellations and trouble they've caused me and my family. So, Favor picked up the order and didn't have any problems getting my order to me.
