I am in Eastern time zone. I ordered seafood 2.5 hours early for a family members from a restaurant in their city in the Central Time Zone. I put delivery time 7 pm. Grubhub system changed it to 6 pm, I received text stating delivery time, when it they would not be home. I tried to cancel . Not possible. I tried their help and chat with two different agents. Not possible. One hung up on me and the other blamed the restaurant. Never using GrubHub again.
