I accidentally ordered to the incorrect address. I caught the mistake however right after I placed the order. Since there is no phone number, I was forced to have to go to the online chat. I got the address corrected, but they said the new address was too far away and they would have to cancel my order. I said that was fine and asked for my original Visa card to be refunded that I had paid with. I was told several times that they do not give refunds, only Grubhub credits. This is not right.
