They are usually late by an hour before you can even get a driver assigned to your order. Then when you contact customer service, they argue it’s your fault because the expected time frame is at such a time. Of course the time gets pushed back every time it’s delayed! Then all they offer, if at all, a five dollar refund for messed up orders, crappy drivers, orders being delivered to wrong addresses, and the carelessness of drivers who toss your food on the doorstep so your food containers are open or don’t even notify you it’s delivered and your frozen items are semi melted. I’ve canceled my subscription a long time to this place but since it has partnered with Amazon prime, I figured I might try it once again with no added subscription fee. It took almost two hours for my order to be delivered to me and the customer service agent just blamed me for not being patient enough to wait and claim no refund will submitted to me when I asked for when one an hour of waiting transpired. Then I had to wait another hour for my soggy cold food! How is this company still in service?!
