I AM DISABLED, HAVE GIVEN VERY CLEAR, EASY INSTRUCTIONS FOR DELIVERIES. DRIVERS CONTINUE TO IGNORE THOSE INSTRUCTIONS, MAKING IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO RETRIEVE MY ORDERS WITHOUT ASKING NEIGHBORS FOR HELP. HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO CONTACT GRUBHUB BY PHONE, AND RESTAURANTS HAVE TOLD ME THAT THEY CANNOT ENSURE THAT DRIVERS READ/UNDERSAND THE INSTRUCTIONS. IF THIS DOESN'T CHANGE, WILL COMPLAIN TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND THE LOCAL OFFICE OF ADA COMPLIANCE.
