They robbed me. I placed a meal order, but the delivery driver texted me saying he couldn’t deliver because he had been waiting at the restaurant for 30 minutes and the meal was not ready. He told me to cancel the order. I had no choice, and tried to cancel it, but the orer status showed as completed, so I couldn’t cancel the order. I told the delivery driver, but he couldn’t help me.
I then contacted Grubhub via online chat to report the situation. They told me apologized for the inconvenience but told me they couldn’t issue a refund. I call the corporate office and sent them the conversation I had with the delivery driver. It was clear that the meal was never delivered, but their “supervisor” once again responded with, “sorry for your experience, but we cannot issue a refund. I asked why? But he gave no reason, only repeating. “sorry for your experience, but we cannot give you a refund. Then, he said, If you have further concerns, I am going to end the phone. Then he hung up on me. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had . They took my money, did not pay panda express because mean was not picked up. I couldn’t believe this happened with such a large company. It feels like they’re robbing and deceiving their customers.
