More than once items from the order were missing, and they would refund the item number, but offer nothing else for the inconvenience or redeliver. Being an understanding person I let it go as mistakes happen. However, when half of the entire order was missing, and the blame was because things are "bagged up at the restaurant and the drivers can't see the items." Well, this wouldn't exactly be applicable to all pizza boxes...
They could not give an acceptable reason or refund for the items.
Will never use them again.
