Didn't address issue at all I will contact a lawyer if you don't fix this NOW Update ticket requester Ro-ro December 8, 2024 at 9:56 AM I ordered from jack in the box last night dec 7th 5:44 pm ticket time. All of my drinks were missing and only 1 item was even close to right. The drive is the reason for this email. When they arrived with my food there were 3 people in the car Ashley the assigned driver was in the front passenger seat half naked. When I complained that there is only to be the driver in the vehicle and that my drinks were missing she yelled "fuck you faggot." I demand a full refund and credits equal to the total order ($140) if this isn't done by 9 am Monday morning I will be filing a formal complaint with the bbb and the FTC in addition to filing criminal charges. 2 of your alleged supervisors hung up on me during my complaint. I asked to speak to the 2nd one's supervisor which violates several federal telecommunications laws and carrys a 10,000 dollar fine for the employee and grubhub as a company in addition to 6 months jail time for the offending employee. I am writing this email in hopes of coming to a reasonable conclusion but im not going to let it go until I see the afore mentioned refund and credit, if I have to go to the authorities it will cost you millions and I won't hesitate to file. I'm giving you a chance I suggest you take it
