My order was missing half the food. I called the restaurant and assured me that they did place all food and drink in the bag. They told me that the driver stole the food. The straw was in the bag but no drink.
This driver committed a crime. Robbery. They stole what was not theirs. I know that Grubhub does nothing. They give you a credit and continues to allow this person to continue to steal people's food. Yes, they did pay for my food, when when are they going to not allow this to happen to their customers? This has not happen to me twice. This does not include my orders not showing up at all, orders being more than 15 min. late. and delivering my food at a different location.
