So I ordered food. I waited an hour. They told me it was delivered but it wasn't least not to my house.
So I called them on the phone They told me they could go get it and pick it up and bring it back to me. I told them I don't want it. It's 20° out. And I already waited an hour .
Just refund my money after arguing with the foreign person for 20 more minutes. Finally they tell me they'll refund my money. It can take 24 hours to 10 days. Great! What's that do for me to eating today?
Oh I'm sorry for the inconvenience but we'll give you a $15 credit towards your next order. Never ordering from you again. They screwed up my last three orders by making me wait and wait and wait but at least it got to me this one never did. Now it took them 2 seconds to take my money but I might have to wait 10 days to get it back. Good thing I have more money. I ordered jet's pizza and went and picked it up.
How unprofessional is that? And what would happen if I was some kid and that just spent all my money. I just wouldn't be able to eat today.
I wouldn't recommend them for anything matter of fact anytime I am ask about them. I promise I will share my bad experiences with them.
I understand mistakes. I don't understand. They take your money in 2 seconds but won't refund it for 24 hours to 10 days. That's totally unacceptable to me.
