Order was over 30 minutes late. I called the driver and he said GH assigned him a double order. The first order was to the local hospital after visiting hours. He claims he waited 20 minutes for the customer to answer the phone so he could deliver the food and was on his way. Of course my entire order was ice cold, my sons chicken was burnt and dry, and my drinks were missing. I called the customer service line, the first rep was extremely rude. I escalated to a supervisor who said the only thing he could do was either give me a credit to the account for the amount my order was for or a refund for 1/4 of the cost. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow during business hours and make a complaint. A driver should not be allowed to pick up two orders at once.
