Part of our order wasn’t delivered. We reported it through the app immediately . When I checked my credit card several days later, it was not refunded. I spent a fruitless 30 minutes on a chat, customer service and finally a supervisor all of whom apologized but refused to give me the refund. This was the second rip off experience with Grub Hub, never again.
