I put in my order and went to go pickup and the restaurant said we don’t have an order. It’s raining outside went next store to the restaurant and they said to go to the other spot they should have received it and once again they said no. Showed them receipt and still nothing. So I contact Grubhub and they say sorry for the inconvenience we will cancel this mind you this is all happening for about an hour in the pouring rain. I tell them this is crazy and he says I will give you a 7$ gift certificate for your troubles. Really 7$???? I’m so unhappy with Grubhub it’s constant issues with them. Why did the restaurant not receive my order? It makes no sense. I will be deleting Grubhub and no longer deal with them.
