If I could give it less than one star, I would.
Happened two orders in a row. Each time I had placed my order hours prior to ensure that it would have an on time delivery. Both times, a driver was never assigned until the actual delivery time so it was predicted to be at least an hour late. I got online and chatted with a representative which apologized for the tardiness but ensured me that the driver was now on his way and that I would get my order. Once it got to be an hour late with still nothing, GRUBHUB just cancelled my order without checking with me first. They said that once an order is at least an hour late, the system will just automatically cancel the order. I called and spoke to a representative, they did not want to take any responsibility for the inconvenience, and said that it was a "system" issue which they have and couldn't do anything about it. Same issue twice in a row now. First time, I just let it go, but second time and worse experience, never ordering through GRUBHUB again. Door Dash and Uber Eats are much more reliable and on time.
