Out of town on business, no car of my own. Most places are closed, so I tried to get food delivered to the hotel. Twice, from two completely different restaurants, GrubHub let me order food, took the money, and then cancelled it because the restaurant closed before they could finish making the food. In one instance, the restaurant was supposedly open for another 2 hours AFTER my order was placed. It was still cancelled because they were actually closed. I don't care if it's on the restaurant or GrubHub, there simply has to be a better way for them to communicate. At least they gave me my money back, but after almost an hour and a half of waiting, I'm probably not eating tonight.
