grubHub I want to love your service but TWO HOURS to get my lunch, gd you need to work this system out. Your app is great, but there's some disconnect between the driver and the food preparer.
Maybe let me know that this order is going to take forever BEFORE i place it.
Seems like some places I order from are absolutely fine and others are a huge disappointment.
