I have had no good experience with GrubHub and today really irritated me. Ive been waiting for 2 hrs and attempted to contact "Francis" who neglected to text or call me back to inquire why the delivery was pushed back. Called Jersey Mike's to find out no one has attempted to pick up my order. Now I have to send my son to pick up my order because I can't drive due to having major surgery. Really sad you guys continue to mess up orders and now neglect people who aren't able to drive.
