A Yelp search for a local sushi restaurant routed me to Grubhub to place my oder. Which I did, and received a confirmation email telling me my order would be ready between 20 and 40 minutes. Once we arrived for pick up the restaurant was closed. These days many look closed but will come to the door when you're picking up. Rang the bell, no answer. Called, no answer. Checked the website and it said they are closed Tuesdays. That's right it was a Tuesday. Frustrated I called Grubhub customer service. I'll spare you the laborious details. It will take 3 to 5 days for them to refund me for their mistake. Never again!
