Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had with a big brand. I placed an order on 11 August (GE07849742) and it never arrived. I chased customer service almost every week, but every time I got a different excuse. After wasting weeks, I asked for a refund on 25 August, but by 3 September I was told the refund was only “requested that day” and I’d have to wait another 5–7 days.
Absolutely unacceptable – Guess had both my money and my product for weeks. The customer service is a joke: sometimes they don’t reply at all, other times I waited hours for an answer. Quality is no better either – a dress I bought before had to be returned after 2 hours because the stitches came undone.
Guess is behaving more like a scam than a trusted fashion brand. I’ll never shop here again and I’ll be warning others too.
