The service I received on Saturday from Alison at Hobbs’ Cribbs Causeway, Bristol, was exceptional. I had phoned the shop and spoken to Alison the previous evening saying I was looking for a smart dress for a wedding, asking if they had dresses in my size because I was making a two-hour journey to visit their store. A selection of dresses was put aside for me to try the following morning. After trying on five different styles, I purchased Hobbs Blue Aurora Dress in size 16. The fit is very good, and the look is stylish. The dress is well made, fully lined and it was presented to me in a full-length dress bag. The service I received from Alison was truly outstanding.
