if i could give a lower rating I would. I have been waiting 5 weeks now for a refund of a dress. Despite daily emails from me to the company I received generic replies and promises to deal with the matter, and thanking me for my patience, my refund still hasn't arrived. received another email after I left my last bad review promising my refund, still not here..... they also send an email with a code to get 20% off my next purchase (btw this didn't even work)....... Terrible customer service. I will continue leaving bad reviews until I receive my refund.........
