I placed an online order on the 16th of Feb ‘25. The expected delivery time was 3-5 days. At the time of posting this review, I am still yet to receive my delivery.
When I tried to ring customer service, the line advertised on the website as being open till 18:00, was closed at 16:45.
When I tried the online chat function, there was no connection with an agent. The chat bot isn’t able to help with the query.
My emails, have needed chasers before an apologetic response was received but with no clarity on when I would actually receive my order.
Today 26th Feb, I rang customer service again, I was on hold for 47minutes, awaiting connection to a customer service agent. Once we connected, I got cut off twice and prior to an endpoint being reached. The agent did her best to be helpful but seemed to be reliant on a system (that is clearly not working).
For now, I don’t have my order and there appears to be no clarity on when I can expect my order to be delivered.
Clearly, there’s bigger problems afoot at Hobbs and this is unravelling through the organisation.
