I usually shop at your Martlesham store, I love the products in homebargains and the staff there are so friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble and always with a smile... however I have recently moved house and I've started going to your suffolk retail park store in Ipswich, and I am shocked by how different the 2 stores are... the products and the prices are all that is the same..... I don't know where to begin,, The management staff I've met are the rudest I've ever encountered especially a coloured chap, a woman with long hair and glasses, a boy that looks like he's just left school, and someone I've heard them call Lou, they are more interested in what they are doing filling shelves etc than providing customer service, I am always served by a young girl with brightly coloured hair she can not be more friendly she always helps me pack my shopping she goes above and beyond with her customer service, she calls and calls for other staff to open the unmanned tills but no one comes, I also appreciate her cleanliness she is always cleaning her till and the next customer bars...
