Interchange Retail Park, Bedford branch - Abi was an absolute star today, and assisted me with purchasing 240 bottles of water (21 packs) for our company event for older people. Initially after putting 17 packs onto a roller, more packs were required but on searching in the stock room, a colleague located smaller bottles which are more practical for our clients to carry. Abi reloaded the items back onto the shop floor with me assisting and then the new bottles reloaded and taken to my car. Brilliant customer service and only her 3rd week in store.
