I visited home bargains at the western industrial park and was served by Tejal. She is one of the most helpful staff and has wonderful customer care. Today I had to buy some cases of water and unfortunately did not have a £1 coin for the trolly. Tejal kindly asked a member of staff to get me a trolley so that I could get some water. That was very pleasant of Tejal and this is not the first time she has come forward to help. It makes a whole lot of difference to have staff who are extremely pleasant and knowing their role.
