Ordered flowers for a birthday, ordered them with pleanty of notice, these birthday flowers have not arrived, put in my email address and order number as advised for tracking, which then tells me tracking unavailable.
AVOID AVOID AVOID, so dissapointing given that I can't go out shopping to buy a replacement gift...never again
