Honestly I would give them 00000, but there is no option. Customer service is the worst I have seen in my life of 40 years in more than 7 countries I been living in.
I am on a holiday in North Macedonia (Macedonia previously) and I can't receive calls from the 1st day I arrived (I can make calls, use data and receive/send messages). All this is included in the roaming package.
Because there is no number to call them or write an email I have tried to raise my issue with their chat agents. I have chatted with several of them and seems like they have no idea what's going on, and all gave me idiotic explanations and resolutions, but didn't do anything to resolve my problem. Then I have raised a formal complain through their voice message and received an email from some Matt, that they are going to resolve my issue and update me. Two weeks passed and nothing happen, I have even emailed Matt back twice to ask for updated and no response. In mean time I have raised another voice messages complaint and I have received this email:
Dear Mr A........,
I'm contacting you in relation to some recent concerns you raised with iD mobile.
Please can you call us on 0800 049 1300 so we can discuss your complaint further.

Nice email, isn't it? I was so happy that in the end I will be able to talk to someone and explain my worries. Unfortunately no one pick up the phone. I am calling them every day in different times, but nothing. After several bips, the line is going off. No chance to leave a message or so. It looks like a careless Phantom Company where you can't talk to people.
It looks like if the things are going good, you are lucky and be happy, but if something goes wrong it's just wrong and you have to live with that.
Avoid this company by all means.
