I am disgusted with this company and have taken my case to the communications ombudsman I gave themmore than 30 days notice to ID Mobile via email to cancel my contract on 13.4.21. I received a reply saying it will be passed to a member if the team on 13.4.21. The live chat people are useless. ID Mobile don't answer the phone, the only email address is the complaints one yet they are trying to tell me I sent my cancellation request to the wrong email address but no other email address available. I received a letter in the post on 10th May saying they needed my dob and bank details. How did I set up a contract without these details ?. I sent a letter with a copy of my 1st email dated 13 4.21 registered post to them it was ignored. 3 months later after numerous emails and letters they are saying I owe them £60+ . I am not paying them and advised them under the consumer rights act 2015 I will rightfully sue them should I have to. I am letting the ombudsman sort this out in the first instance. Please people do not let this company get away with all the issues they have caused us. I am willing to put a case together I have access to free legal advice and I want to ensure this company are reported. I don't want to put my contact details on here but do want to help.
